While it was definitely a process, especially in the current real estate market we're in, his patience and graciousness with responding to any questions either my mom or I brought to him was always appreciated. He was so great at listening and trying to identify what I was trying to look for, even when I wasn't always fully sure about what I was looking for myself. He also was great at finding times that fit my and my mom's schedule when we were going through the search process, which was incredibly helpful. Furthermore, he helped provide additional suggestions for us when we needed work done on the property (e.g. people for us to get connected to who could help with some maintenance/touch ups on the property), and he helped to coordinate a lot of the scheduling for whenever we needed to go over any further logistics regarding closing on the property. All that he did helped to make the journey of buying a property a smoother one, and for that I am grateful. I would highly recommend John if you're in the market and looking to find a place to call home.

He was super patient with me as I went through the home buying process for the first time.
